We are aware of an issue with our Servers in Kent, this is being investigated at the moment.

This is affecting our primary mail server, all websites hosted on web2 and all Managed Servers based in Kent.

Update 11:48 - The issue was resolved at 11:32AM GMT. We will post an RFO when we have it from our network provider. Our backup mail servers performed correctly and held all incoming mail until the primary mail server was restored. No mail will have been lost during the outage.

RFO - March 27th 2008

The memory upgrade that should have been completed last week will be completed on Sunday 02/03/2008 between 22:30 and 23:30.

This work will take 10-15mins while the server is shutdown, new memory added then booted up again.

All websites on Server SGC, control panel, and primary DNS will be offline during the upgrade.

This does not effect any websites hosted on web2 (Server Atlantis), Primary Mail or Secondary DNS

Update 03/03/2008 00:16 - This work was started at 23:59 and completed at 00:07. Server SGC is now showing 3.99Gb Memory. We will be monitoring the server over the next 24/48hrs for any issues.
