An extra 512Mb Ram has been ordered for Server SGC. A date / time will be scheduled for its installation. The plan is for this to be done over the weekend.

We have finally found a fix for our AWStats issues. This will be implemented shortly but involves editing over 120 Config files so this may take a couple of days. We expect work to be completed by the end of the weekend. New domains will not have the new AWStats Config applied automatically; we have made a request to HC for a template to be made editable within the HC installation.

Server SGC MSSQL 2005 has been upgraded to SP2. Server Atlantis will be upgraded 24/02/2007.

We upgraded to HC7c over the weekend, you should notice a performance increase and hopefully a more stable CP. Billing for our standard web clients is not working at the moment. Resellers are unaffected

We will be performing reboot of both windows servers within our cluster this evening. We will switch the load between the servers so there will be no downtime.
