Helm users will be unable to manage websites located on server (web2.gbdns.net) and manage email accounts.

This is due to MS Update KB958481 breaking helm’s code protection. Parallels are working on a fix but the only way we can solve it for now is to remove .net framework 3.5 sp1 and reinstall the older version without KB958481. We can’t do this work until after midnight this evening as it requires at least one reboot and would cause all websites to go offline which can’t be done during peak hours.

If any users need alterations made to their website config and email accounts please contact support and we will carry out the work for you.

Please note this does not affect user’s websites or email just the ability to manage them properly in Helm.

The offending update has been removed and the server rebooted. Total downtime 2mins 38secs.

Parallels have issued an update that a patch should be available for Helm 4.1 later today or on Monday.

We are aware server Atlantis in Kent isn’t contactable. We are investigating the issue.
